Creating a comprehensive user flow and design flow for the Savings Challenge account involves visualizing the path a user takes through the app, from initial discovery and account setup to regular usage and milestone achievements. This will include screens for account setup, managing payments, reminders, and celebrating achievements.
Customer can open a Savings Challenge account. The challenge is to complete 365 or 52 payments (amount = cumulative increase, similar to the 52-weeks challenge) within a 1 year period. The official challenge will run for 1 year but the account can stay open until the customer decides to close the account. Following the successful completion of the challenge top ups are allowed.

The customer can give their Savings Challenge a name (personalisation and association), and set the ‘Kick-off’ amount. (This amount will have a cumulative increase for the 52 payments on offer.)
Due to sensitivity of the research and the regulations by the bank this case study is not available for the public, but I can send the files upon request.
